Standard delivery (for orders under S$300):
Small Furnishing: S$2.99
Larger Furnitures: S$25

1. For delivery addresses without elevators, a stairwell access fee of S$10 per item per non-lift accessible floor will be charged.
2. Rescheduling Fees: S$20 for rescheduling less than 2 days in advance, no contact during delivery, delivery restrictions or refusal of entry by building management, or incorrect delivery address.
3. Customers must provide the dimensions of the residential door and entrance. If the product specifications are confirmed and the product cannot enter the residence or nearby area due to customer restrictions, the customer will be responsible for the additional transportation costs.
4. Customers must check all product accessories upon receipt to ensure completeness. After inspection, the customer must sign the delivery note to confirm receipt.
5. Customers are responsible for ensuring clear access and making necessary arrangements (e.g., parking, elevator access) for the delivery. 
6. We are able to hold your order for a maximum of 2 months from the earliest date that your order can be delivered from our warehouse.
