Delivery, Storage, and Return Arrangements

Customer Purchase Notices
  1. Before making a purchase, customers are advised to carefully review the terms and conditions, and the delivery, storage, and return arrangements. By submitting / confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the shopping terms and conditions of our store.
  2. We strive to ensure that our products match the images displayed on the website. However, unavoidable wood grain variations and color discrepancies may occur. Images are for reference only, and colors may vary due to environmental factors, lighting, etc.
  3. Product designs may slightly change, and there may be minor differences from the expected measurements. If you have questions regarding dimensions or design details, please contact us before purchasing to ensure you have all the necessary information and to avoid misunderstandings or disputes.
  4. Due to varying shipping times for each product, customers should review the estimated delivery time listed for each product before purchase and plan accordingly.
General Delivery Terms
  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture packaged by Flexi-Table can pass through all areas of the delivery address, including front door, stairs, passageways, and elevators. If delivery cannot be completed due to these reasons, Flexi-Table will charge the customer for the transportation costs incurred on the day, and any additional transportation arrangements will be at the customer’s expense. Flexi-Table will not refund any costs for such issues. If customers need dimensions of the packaged furniture, please contact us before arranging delivery to ensure that the furniture can be moved through the delivery location.
  2. The furniture delivery service does not include services such as moving up by staircase, wall mounting products, unpacking services or furniture disposal. If customers require these services, they must inform us and the delivery personnel in advance. Flexi-Table is not responsible for any additional cost and damage caused during the provision of additional services by delivery personnel. Customers are responsible for any such cost and damages.
  3. If customers fail to sign for the delivery on the scheduled day, they must notify us two days in advance to make alternate arrangements. If notification is not received in time and no one is present at the delivery address on the scheduled day, the delivery fee will not be refunded. Charges for rescheduling within 48 hours of delivery time will apply as S$60 (applicable in Singapore) / NT$1200 (applicable in Taiwan) / MOP$ 200 (applicable in Macao).
  4. Delivery team operates on a fixed delivery schedule, and we cannot confirm specific delivery dates immediately. However, we will inquire about the earliest available date for delivery to better arrange the delivery schedule. Please note that this date does not represent the final delivery date. The delivery team will contact you via WhatsApp and phone to confirm the final delivery date once the product is ready.
  5. If you would like to postpone the product delivery date, please inform us within 2 days after order placement to avoid additional warehousing fee. We can hold your order for a maximum of 3 months since your order placement date. 
  6. Customers must check all product accessories upon receipt to ensure completeness.

Return, Exchange, Cancellation Policy

1. 30-Days No Reason Return & Refund:

At Flexi-Table, we want your furniture experience to be as pleasant and fulfilling as possible. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for your home. Therefore, we offer a 30-day no-reason return and refund policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving the item, and no questions will be asked.

2. Return conditions

  • Restocking and credit card fees: A 25% restocking fee and a 4% credit card charge (if applicable) per returned item will be deducted from your refund.
  • New Condition and Unused: All returned products must be in new, unused condition.
  • Original Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Items that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged, or have traces of fragrance or odors are not eligible for return.
  • Non-Returnable Markings: Items marked as "As-Is," "Made-to-Order," or "Final Sale" (as indicated on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition Requirements: Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition, and with their original packaging fully intact. Products that do not meet these criteria are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Customised products
  • Clearance / AS-IS products
  • Products that require on-site assembly 

4. Refund Process:

  • Calculation: Refunds will be calculated as follows: Order Value - Discount Value - Restocking Fee - Credit Card Charge - Delivery Fee = Refunded Amount (S$).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we have collected the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit back to the original method of payment. Flexi-Table reserves the right to change the mode of refund.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation within 48 Hours:

  • You can cancel your order or any particular item(s) within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation. In such cases, you will be refunded with 95% cash or receive a voucher for 100% of the product price for use within one year on Flexi-Table. 
  • Requests should be made to info@flexi-table.com, and Flexi-Table will review the case within 7 days to decide whether to process the request.

2. Cancellation Beyond 48 Hours:

Orders cannot be canceled beyond the 48-hour window. 

3. Processing Refunds:

All refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 business days and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. Flexi-Table reserves the right to change the mode of refund.

Special Considerations

1. Promotional & Display Items:

"Promotional Items," display items, and items sold during "Warehouse Sales" may have inherent cosmetic defects and may not appear brand new. By purchasing, you acknowledge awareness of these cosmetic defects and that the discounted price reflects this acknowledgment. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or any other promotions, discounts, codes, coupons, or offers.

Flexi-Table Shopping Vouchers:

1. Voucher Value:

The voucher value will be the product price minus any additional fees and relevant discounts.

2. Voucher Issuance:

Vouchers will be issued with a discount code on the confirmation day.

3. Voucher Usage:

Vouchers can be used to purchase any products on Flexi-Table within one year and can be used in a single order.

Flexi-Table reserves the right to make final decisions in any disputes and to interpret and amend the terms and conditions as needed.

Disposal Service

Flexi-Table does not provide disposal service. 

Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage:

Flexi-Table provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase on eligible products. The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the following terms and conditions:

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration due to regular use.
  • Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or negligence.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
  • Improper Storage, Assembly, or Cleaning: Damage caused by incorrect assembly, inadequate care, improper cleaning methods, or unsuitable storage conditions.
  • Outdoor Use: Products intended for indoor use only that have been exposed to outdoor conditions.
  • Promotional Items: Products sold as promotional items, clearance, or final sale.
  • Items Not Purchased Directly from Flexi-Table: Products not bought directly through official Flexi-Table sales channels.
  • Natural Characteristics: For materials such as solid wood, stone, genuine leather, or hand-crafted items, any natural flaws, cracks, tree scars, minor scratches, or leather scars are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Warranty Claims Procedure

To make a warranty claim, customers must contact Flexi-Table customer service with the following information:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Description of the defect or issue
  • Photographs or videos demonstrating the defect

Flexi-Table will assess the claim and, if valid, determine whether to repair or replace the defective part or product. Flexi-Table reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement if the original product or part is no longer available.

4. Limitations and Liability

Flexi-Table's liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective product. This warranty is the exclusive remedy for warranty claims. Flexi-Table shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or revenues, loss of use, or inconvenience.

Note: Flexi-Table reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
